EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE - Why would anyone purchase a vehicle from any other dealership is beyond me. My wife and I have nothing but good, no great, things to say about Richard and his staff. We contacted them to purchase a new Ford Maverick without ever meeting anyone there beforehand, everything was done over the phone. Was looking for a 2024 Traverse RS in pearl white. Stopped at a Chevy dealership in the Madison area and was basically laughed at and told I wouldn’t find one. Then the salesmen kept trying to get me to look at other vehicles which I did not want… he just wanted to make a sale. Looked online and Chevy’s website showed Les Mack had the exact one I was looking for and at a lower price than what I was finding. Drove from Madison out to Lancaster as they had the exact model and color I had been looking for and was told by all dealerships around Madison that it would be a minimum of 3 months. Met with Dusty Koeller who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Decided to buy from them. Every member of the staff I met was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and will be back when in the market for another vehicle. Trust me, it is worth the easy drive to Lancaster where you are treated well and not just another sale

Last week my wife and I bought a 2016 Ram Laramie from Richard at Les Mack Dodge. I am the last guy in the world to buy a vehicle sight unseen, but the way he described this truck, I had to buy it. I had never even owned a Ram before. We are so glad we bought this truck, everything Richard told me on the phone was right on, it is in excellent shape, it was a one owner local person that had it before us. We love it. Troy and Angela did the closing, Angela went through some of the options on the truck and made sure it was what we wanted and Troy took care of all the paperwork in the end. They were so friendly and helpful through the whole thing, it was a great experience all around.

Took my Mom over to Les Mack in Lancaster from Boscobel after receiving a direct mail flyer that showed a few Ford Mavericks available. These are hard to find and just what we wanted so we headed right over. These are great folks to deal with. Straight forward (no BS) and are just solid people all around. Brian (Sales Manager) was outstanding, as well as the finance gentleman. They pretty much dropped everything so that we could drive off with our new truck same day. They were more than fair with trade in values and made our transaction seamless. So, before driving to Madison, Dubuque, or LaCrosse spend some time in Lancaster as you won't be sorry. Highly recommended!

I Had a Awesome Experience with Les Mack, I worked with Wade Duncan, I Lost my vehicle in Electrical Fire 3 days before Christmas( minivan)(had it 9yrs), I searched different Car Sites and I found them, a 2015 Kia Sorento , I called Tuesday, Wade called with more details, set up appt for Saturday, Me and a friend drove 2hr away and They we're very nice, courteous to Us..I knew I wanted this Kia, to top off, Good Deal and they offered to pick me up at home 2 hrs away and drive my SUV it home, Yes!
