If you are looking for a great vehicle at a great price... start looking here! Upon walking in the building we were greeted by staff. They called the salesman (Steven) from the other store because we have worked with him before. Let me be honest, I went to two other lots that day just to see what they would give me for my car. One of the dealerships took me to test drive and didn't even know how to make the features work! Steven was very knowledgeable about all the features! We drove a few vehicles and were impressed with the professionalism from all the staff! Tony, the financial guy... again, very impressed with his overall performance that got us a great interest rate! The service guy Terry, very helpful and knowledgeable as well! I bought a Traverse last week from Steven Jantzen in Lancaster. I couldn’t be happier! Steven was very knowledgeable,friendly,and made me feel at ease. The whole process was pretty easy. Last week my wife and I bought a 2016 Ram Laramie from Richard at Les Mack Dodge. I am the last guy in the world to buy a vehicle sight unseen, but the way he described this truck, I had to buy it. I had never even owned a Ram before. We are so glad we bought this truck, everything Richard told me on the phone was right on, it is in excellent shape, it was a one owner local person that had it before us. We love it. Troy and Angela did the closing, Angela went through some of the options on the truck and made sure it was what we wanted and Troy took care of all the paperwork in the end. They were so friendly and helpful through the whole thing, it was a great experience all around.

Recently traveled 2 hours from Iowa City area to work with Wade to purchase a 2017 Yukon XL. Price point was lower than everywhere else round Iowa City within 400 mile radius. Vehicle was exactly as shown on the internet, no gimmicks, no hassles. He was a pleasure to work with. No pressure, knowledgeable, friendly, overall great guy! We plan to be back in a few years to see Wade looking for a new truck.

I Had a Awesome Experience with Les Mack, I worked with Wade Duncan, I Lost my vehicle in Electrical Fire 3 days before Christmas( minivan)(had it 9yrs), I searched different Car Sites and I found them, a 2015 Kia Sorento , I called Tuesday, Wade called with more details, set up appt for Saturday, Me and a friend drove 2hr away and They we're very nice, courteous to Us..I knew I wanted this Kia, to top off, Good Deal and they offered to pick me up at home 2 hrs away and drive my SUV it home, Yes! I had a great experience at Les Mack. I live 3 hours away and had my car and paperwork all completed within a day. Carson was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond for me. He even personally delivered my car to me! Excellent dealership!

Where do we even begin?!?! We were led to Les Mack by my father in law, who had been looking for a new truck for around 6 months. He had gone to a large majority of dealerships, and was not happy with either the truck, the service, or both. He made the 1.5 hour drive from their home to Lancaster, and as soon as they stepped on the lot and were greeted, they knew this trip would be the one. They initially bought a used 2017 Silverado. Absolutely loved it. They signed the paperwork on a Tuesday, and were set to pick it up on Saturday. Well, Wednesday my father in law had gotten a call from another dealer, with a very competitive and enticing offer. He called up Gary Whittaker immediately and told him the situation. Gary worked his magic, and was able to get my father in law an even better deal on a BRAND NEW SILVERADO. They made some changes, Gary worked even more magic, and traded the paperwork in on the 2017, and walked away with the 2019! The truck of his dreams! Gary spent so much time with them to make sure that they understood every aspect of their new vehicle (which was no easy task) and was just an absolute JOY! My husband had gone with his dad to pick up his new truck and got to talking with the Sales Manager Brian, and explained to him that my husband was looking to purchase me a new truck for my birthday. I had a VERY specific F150 that I was looking for. We had given up on buying right now, because we were just not able to find it. My husband took Gary’s number, and they remained in contact over the next couple of days. And Gary called my husband with the best news! Brian and Gary worked their magic AGAIN, and were able to locate my DREAM TRUCK! My husband was so impressed with these two, and their dedication to us, and finding exactly what we wanted! We ended up buying ourselves a brand new Ford F-150 just one week after my husband’s father bought his Silverado. We picked up my truck just before my birthday, and to my surprise, my husband had a bouquet of flowers waiting for me in the truck all with the help of Gary! He went out of his way, and above and beyond for our entire (difficult, and picky) family and we are so grateful for him! And Brian too! Thank you to everyone at Les Mack for these AMAZING experiences! We will always recommend you to everyone!

Found a great deal on a 2017 Taurus at Les Mack. Drove up from Cedar Rapids, well worth the trip. Gary was great to work with, took the time to explain the technology on the car. Wish the folks that sold me my 250 had done the same. No high pressure sales here.
